Seda has always been success-driven, and these opportunities in banking led her to become a mortgage broker in 1989 in California. In 1993, she expanded her real estate broker’s licenses to Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Washington. In the years that followed,
Seda continued to pursue her passion in real estate by acquiring, renovating, and selling properties. In 2009, she founded and was the managing member of Equity Gateway P1, LLC, in PorterRanch, CA.
Equity Gateway and its partners purchased over 900 distressed homes beginning in 2009. These homes were then renovated and sold. She guided underwriters to complete these transactions, working closely with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, GMAC, J.P. Morgan-Chase, Nationstar, Ocwen, and Wells Fargo. At this time, Seda became acquainted with the Las Vegas market and fell in love with the city.
In 2010, Equity Gateway partnered with the Reno Cornet Foundation, and together they participated in home
acquisitions and sales that included Las Vegas and the broader Nevada markets. At the beginning of this introduction, we learned that Seda loves working with people and helping them achieve their goals and dreams.
She has brought this love to Las Vegas for the past 12 years, but Seda wants to do more.
